Carpal tunnel and tarsal tunnel in both hands and feet???? PLZ PLZ PLZ SOME ONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Okay , im going to start from the beginging i just started working out like walking 2 miles a day about twice a day, and i use to play A LOT OF XBOX and i started getting burning and pain in my fingers i still do play xbox but verly little. and now i have joint pain from my hand up to my sholder in both hands, and the same thing in my feet, i weigh about 330 from the last time i was checked, i had my blood check back in feburey they said i was 100% so i think the wight fushing on my feet gave me this, and playing xbox is the reson for carpal tunnel..... dose this sound rite plz, im dealing with tunns of stress and to get somthing like this solved would be amazing!!!!!
