Should I file for full custody of my son?

just cuz he lives w/ his parents does not mean he should have his son, is he a good dad? does he love ur son, does he buy him what he needs? or is he just taking him to be a jerk to u? if he is a bad dad then yes take ur son, but if he does take care of that kud, dont do him like that
