Parents: which school would you pick for your child?

I'm having the hardest time deciding where to send my 3 yr old in Sept. She's at a good daycare. But we thought a school environment might be good. We registered for preschool at one of the best catholic sch in the area. Now I'm not sure if we should go through with it. Our kid has lots of close friends at daycare, daycare has a curriculum etc. Catholic school is only slightly cheaper but seems more structured & academic. What would you do? I know it's our decision but just need some ideas; my husband is sold on the cath sch. Thanks!
