How can I answer these interview questions?

I have an interview at a call center tomorrow and so far my entire career has been as a preschool teacher. Obviously, they will ask me why I am switching careers. What is a professional way to say "The children are destroying my soul, and I am currently seeking a career where I can be taken seriously as an adult"?
