Does this sound like carpal tunnel?

Okay so when i write i have immense pain, it aches really bad and my wrist crack almost every 5 seconds, also it tingles, it tingles so much 'll start laughing, sometiems i drop things even if i think i ahvea tight grip, also when i move it front-wards it feels mroe restricted then the hand i dont use to wrte with.
