Whats wrong with my hands and feet?

its hard to explain what they feel like, it feels like my bone is in pain but not my whole hand sometimes its in one spot and like yesterday both lest sides of my hands hurt, at first i thought it was carpal tunnel but then i got it in my feet, i have burning finger nails at times even in my feet, i am over wight, i weigh about 300 pounds, i started working out about a month ago and then this started, my mom for some reason dosent want to take me to the doctor idk why but dose anyone know what this is, im pritty scared about it pluse i have anxiety and tuns of stress its hard to all keep together
