I have a complicated boy situation!!!?

ok so i tried to research this but nothing is like my situation so i have 2 guys they have been my best friends for ever lets call the bob and jake bob has been my best friend sense preschool he has always had my back and i can talk to him about anything but recently he has been dating one of my really good girl friends but there relationship is not doing so well and i could read it on his face. i can tell his emotions in a second and ive had a crush on him forever until recently. Jake and i are super close friends we do things together all the time last night he like sort of asked me out but i didn't realize he was like kidding u know? and was like ya but then he went in to this story about how he is still in love with this other girl going to college and he thinks its time to move on so he asked and then rejected me a felt soo stupid!! but i do like him i just think i might have a deeper back round with bob i don't know what to do help!!!!
