Can you get a medical marijuana card at the age of 16 in california?

I'm a 16 year old boy and I live in CA, I have never in my life done drugs so please take this question seriously. for a couple years now i have been drumming, for fun and as a career. I think i have carpal tunnel now. I remember reading somewhere that medicinal marijuana was very helpful for this. so just wondering what I need to do to legally get one? also if you know of something else for carpal tunnel let me know.
