Do I have any chance of becoming a pro golfer?

I'm 15 and have been playing golf for 8 years, and I have managed to reach a 3 handicap. Yesterday I shot a 67 at my local course (73.1/140) it's a par 72, so 5-under. Anyway, I've always wanted to go professional and play competitively. I play in a section of a junior PGA organization, and this year I've never been out of the top 5 in my events, and I'm leading in player of the year standings for my division, so I'm playing pretty well. I'm completely dedicated to the game, I spend 2 hours a day at the least practicing my game, mostly working on short game. Also, I workout every other day working on core strength so I can turn on the ball more and create more torque in my swing. Anyway I told my brother I wanted to go pro the other day but he laughed and said I had no chance. Is he right?
