Do i have symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome?

Alright, so i'm on the computer for about 2-3 hours a day and every time i use the mouse i feel a pain in my middle finger down to my palm. My hand also gets numb sometimes. I get the pain when i'm holding a pen or pencil. Also when i make a fist i feel tension in my middle finger.
