Had carpal release surgery in january since then ive had numbness and sensitivity?

especially in my middle finger and ring finger did therapy and 3 doctors i can feel pulling when stretching my hand this last dr is saying it a sympathetic pain that im not using it normally because i havent been back to work since the surgery i did try 1 day it hurt and swelled up i couldnt go back i know what im feeling now i keep second guessing myself has anybody else ever heard of this? i am going back to work tomorrow thank you
