Help me find the name of this scary movie!?

Its not popular or anything, Its never been in theatres i dont believe, if so LONG ago. But its about 3 girls. One is black, two are white. I know the blonde white girl is babysitting and there is a lifesize chair in her room she has to sleep in, along with many other clown dolls. so she calls the parents to ask if she could take the clown out and they are like "What? There is no life sized clown in that chair". blahblahblah whatever happens. she escapes to the garage/shed but gets knocked out and taken to his place. there the two girls are. (im still not sure what happened to them) but they are tied up with the inside of there stomachs showing. (its fake he eventually takes off the rubbermade inside of the stomach thing and shows her, and threatens to really do it. Somewhere in the movie the three girls are in preschool and they have a project due. This weird little boy comes up and shows them the mouse he has done this exact stomach thing to) so she immediately remembers its him. Towards the end of the movie she trying to play it off like shes his best friend and she grabs something and stabs him, but she doesnt get away as shes climbing up these stairs leading up to a hole in the ground, i believe. Anyway I REALLY need to know this movie! Please!
