Odd sensation on left side?

Ive had a lot of trouble pulling muslces in my left arm(my purse arm) and at first, thats what I thought this was. but its different now, I have a shooting pain from my elbow to the wrist, a weird tingling pins and needles feeling in my pinky and ring finger, and a tingling feeling in the upper inner part of my arm, where the arm touches the body. When I rub on the upper arm to relieve pressure, I can move a nerve around and that helps a little./ It also helps when I stretch my arm completely out. I also have an odd sensation on the left side of my body, not numbness, just a weird feeling. My leg has been twitching a few times. I've been typing more recently, and Im wondering if Ive pinched a nerve, or done something to the carpal tunnel.
