Here's a link that shows what the issue might be. It also shows some stretches. Try alternating ice and heat on the forearm between the wrist and elbow where it hurts, 15 to 20 minutes on for each, then alternate for a few reps a couple of times a day. Do the stretches after the last heat application morning and evening. If the pain and other systems continue or worsen after a few days, see your medical professional.
