What is Barry's plan to reduce the $14.3 trillion deficit which he helped to create?

Barry seems to have more problems than you can shake a stick at these days! There's rising unemployment and a growing misery index. Now, he adds $3 trillion to the national debt and proceeds to then play rounds of golf and yell at Republicans for not cleaning up after him, as if it were their fault we are about to default and descend into the third world.
