COuld i have carpal tunnel syndrome?

So ive been writing a lot and when i write the pain of my wrist increases really badly, and then as i write every like 5 seconds my wrist will crack. Also theres a tingling, myw rist tingles and it makes me laugh adn sometimes theres a really faint pins and needles feels going to my index and middle fingure slightly!, Also i bent both my hands back for 30 seconds, after 10 seonds the wrist that hurts began to have immense pain but after 20 seconds my other wrist started to feel slight pain, After the 30 seconds the hand thats injured was hurt pretty badly but the other one seems ok and didnt have much of an ache, The injured and started to tingle and give a stronger pins and needles feeling then it usually does and went on for a minute or 2 and kind of ever so slighty made some of my arm hurt. Lol i say slightly becuase i dont want to like say it did it so bad and et the wrong results. ^^ in ur opinon plz do you think may have it?
