I am 13 and i think i have carpal tunnel syndrome and i get ingling in my fingers also my wrist hurts?

i am 13 and my wrist hurt and also my fingers go numb but not my little one and i am scared to go to the doctors becuase people say you have to have a needle in the wrist but dose it hurt and do i have carpal tunnel syndrome plz can someone help me :)
